Pupils knew lots about the importance of sleep and feeling relaxed before bed. Teddy said sleep helps us to stay well and fight away the bugs. Jude told us it gives us energy for our bodies and our brains.
We shared our bedtime routines which were getting dressed in cosy Pyjama's, drinking milk or hot chocolate, having stories or relaxing music.
In small groups we created posters to show our good routines and what helps us get great nights sleep. We also practised some relaxing and breathing techniques from the happiness club sessions and from Cosmic Yoga.
