DT - Making healthy wraps.
Today we put our food combination choices to the test and we each made a healthy wrap. The filling choices included mayonnaise, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onion, egg mayonnaise, tuna & sweetcorn, ham, cheddar cheese, soft cheese and houmous.
We tried to include foods that were salad, protein (tuna, ham, egg) and dairy (cheese) to keep our wraps balanced and healthy.
Scrumptious delicious, soggy in a good way, - we'd give them 10/10. Can we make some for our parents? ...Watch this space!
