Thank you to The Beatles museum!

We had such an amazing time at The Beatles museum, we wanted to write thank you letters to our guides Nick, Amy and Connor to say what we had enjoyed the most. Here are just a few of our lovely letters.

PSHE - Emotional regulation

For our PSHE session this week, we had a visit from Tanya who came to talk to us about how we can self regulate and control our emotions. We listened to different scenarios and decided which emotional zone we would be in. We even took part in some meditation and sat like frogs! We are going to continue with this mindfulness technique and call it 'Frog Friday'!
