TIMELY REMINDERS FOR BUSY PARENTS / CARERS W/C Monday 13th October 2025
Applicable to all children: Please ensure you have selected packed lunch/ meal selection for your child each day via School Money – selection MUST be registered no later than midnight the previous day.
BLUEBELLS (R/Yr1)
Please bring book bags and water bottles every day.
Monday: PE, please can your child come to school dressed in their PE kit suitable for the weather conditions.
Tuesday: Grandparents’ Day - Grandparents of Reception and Key Stage 1 children (Bluebells and Daffodils) should arrive at 10:45am, depart by 12:45.
Reception Parents Phonics Workshop (Rescheduled Session) - arrive at 3.30pm and meet in the Hall. The workshop will finish at 4pm.
Wednesday: Drop-in Parents’ Evening – 3.30pm-6pm. Visit your child’s classroom, look at some of the work they have been doing so far this term & have a short conversation with your child’s teacher, if you wish.
Thursday: Forest School (afternoon session), please can your child come dressed to school in Forest School kit (trousers & trainers). No uniform needed please.
Friday: PE, please can your child come to school dressed in their PE kit suitable for the weather conditions.
DAFFODILS (Yrs 1/2)
Please brings book bags every day.
Please have your wellies in school for when we go to the allotments.

ROSES (Yrs 3/4)
Please read with your child and talk about their book at least once a week for our reading Picnic Challenge. Please play some of the games on TT Rocks including ROCKSLAM. Please make sure your child’s book bags and books are in school every day. Please practice your spellings at home over the weekend.
Monday: Catch up reading club at 12.30pm.
Tuesday: Grandparents’ Day - Grandparents of Key Stage 2 children (Roses and Shamrocks) should arrive at 11:15am, depart by 1pm.
