In our new MoE drama, we met two elderly people who's homes were at risk of flooding. We also went on a rainy fact finding field trip  to look at the River Morda

The residents at Woodlands Care Home really enjoyed our harvest singing . they have invited us back for Christmas! : )

To end our history Mantle of the Expert drama we built a replica  Stone Age Cave of the Cave we discovered in our MoE drama complete with artifacts, cave paintings and information for our museum exhibition. We also built some temporary Stone Age style shelters in our forest school area inspired by our class book ' Stig of the Dump'

This term in the Roses we will be studying the River Severn and in our Mantle of the Expert drama we will be a team of 'River Protectors' commissioned by the Environment Agency to help understand: why the river is flooding, how the river is being polluted and what can be done about it.
