Following on from our work on Jonah and the Whale we are exploring the notion of forgiveness and how it makes us feel when we forgive others. We talked about how if we let go of anger we can find a happy place so we created images on paintz of a happy scene.

We carried on developing our desk-top publishing skills by giving definitions of different religious symbols

Following on from our work on covenants, we have been exploring symbols that remind us of God's promises from rainbows to wedding rings! Each is a symbol, the rainbow reminds us of God's promise never to send another flood, the wedding ring is a bond given at a marriage, reminding us of Christ's love for his bride the church. Using desk-top publishing skills we have been recording images of these symbols.
