During Eat Well week we kept a food diary and thought about making healthier choices for the foods we eat every day. We tried lots of new food in school and in our PSHE lesson we revised the different food types and the balance of food we should eat in a healthy Eat Well Plate.
We looked at the meal choices below, decided on the food types in each meal and used the Eat Well plate to help us work out if these were healthy meal choices. We also used the Eat Well Plate to design our own healthy meal.
