We talked about ways we can calm ourselves down when we are feeling worried , stressed or angry. We reminded ourselves of techniques we had used before in Happiness Club, with Mrs Edwards and with our teachers . e.g. breathing techniques, calm box, quiet place, fresh air, talking to someone about our feeling. We learned about using Yoga and the benefits of Yoga for our physical and mental health. We tried out some of the Yoga poses below.
