Shamrocks

This term we are exploring why water is used as a symbol in Christianity:  how and when it can be cleansing, refreshing, life-giving, beautiful, dangerous, still, flowing, reflective, thirst-quenching. Making a link with why water is used in Christian baptism, because of its many symbolic meanings.  Next week we will Introduce the idea of a ‘Gospel’ as a life-story or a biography of the life and teaching of Jesus.
