The children have loved every minute of Arthog and they cannot wait to come home to tell you all about their adventures. Mr D's group did gorge walking this morning and canoeing this afternoon. Mr Pickavance and Mrs Rockley's group completed the trail quest and bushcraft-skills (lighting a fire with a bow drill). Tonight we are going to end the night with an open fire and toasted marshmallows.

An incredible day of triumphs today. We have some more super climbers in Mr Pickavance and Mrs Rockley's group, who were also joined by Mr Eglin. Mr D's group took on the trail quest and solved all the problems and found the missing treasure. Both groups ended up at the raft building together. Each craft sailed without any mishap. The same cannot be said for Mr D and Mr E, who were both pushed in to the very cold water. Don't worry Mr D got his own back on everyone who deserved it! Mr D's group had a fantastic day of climbing, scrambling and bouldering. Drinking in the breath-taking views of Barmouth from the top of Barmouth slabs. Mr Pickavance and Mrs Rockley's group had a very wet day canoeing and navigating down a local gorge. This evening's antics - NightlineAwesome day team building this morning and getting to know Arthog. In the afternoon, we headed down to the beach to have lots of fun in sun! We also went on an evening walk exploring the local area. |
