I hope you have all had a wonderful and restful long weekend celebrating The King's Coronation!
Year 6 - the time for our SATs test is finally upon us! You have all been working so hard in the build up to these tests and should be extremely proud of yourselves, as we are so proud of each and every one of you. Remember, all you can do this week is your best so please don't stress. We already know how wonderful you all are, so do your best to showcase this but do not worry if you have an off day or even week.
Please remember to get a good nights sleep tonight so that you are well rested and ready to go. Remember that school starts at 8am tomorrow morning with a Marvellous Morda Breakfast, so set your alarms and bring yourselves to school early ready for a delicious and nutritious start to the day.
A reminder that the timetable for the SATs tests is as follows:
All that is left for me to say is "Good Luck" and to end on this poem with the perfect sentiment...
From Mrs Holmes (and all of the Morda Staff)
This afternoon we have been learning how to use a computer-based database to examine how data can be recorded and viewed. We investigated how records can be grouped, using both the paper record cards and practiced using ‘grouping’ and ‘sorting’ to answer questions about the data. We searched the Database to find answers to our questions using AND / OR searches too!
