Bluebells were brilliant during our visit to the castle. I feel very proud of them all. We have had a great day dressing up as Squires, learning about Faulk Fitzwarine and Lady Elenor's time at the castle. We spotted many of the castle features such as arrow slits, battlements, the moat, large towers and the smooth walls. We spent time being detectives locating the 5 towers from the ruins. We then had time in the dungeon, saw the stocks and smelt herbs. We have learnt so much about castle life and how it differs to ours. What a super day!
