Managing Myself - Making an emergency call

During our discussions on the Great Fire of London, we touched on how we deal with a fire today.  Pupils were clear on ringing 999 and the fire brigade will come to help.  
We watched the video (see link) on making an emergency call.  An emergency call could be when someone is ill or injured or there is a fire emergency.  The video talked us through what we would need to say including the address and our name.
