During our geography sessions we researched Wales and found Welsh Cakes! They looked delicious and on Jude's request we have made them. Here's the fun we had measuring, pouring, weighing and kneeding. The best bit was eating them! Huge thanks to Jenny Tesco Welshpool community champion for purchasing the ingredients needed.
