Computing - Tinkercad

The children in Shamrocks have been talking about real life uses for technology. We discussed the similarities and differences between 2D and 3D shapes and why we might represent 3D shapes on a computer. We then learnt how to access an online programme called Tinkercad where 3D design can be created! Selecting, moving and deleting shapes was our first task, which proved tricky! We then learnt how to drag shapes on top of each other and duplicate the shapes, and resize them. Here is some of our work so far!
